Opening day of the Classic Piano International Competition
Sunday 15th August marks the opening of the hotly anticipated Classic Piano competition!
Today marked the opening round of the highly anticipated Classic Piano International Competition, with candidates performing one Prelude and Fugue by Bach, two virtuosic Etudes from a selection of composers and a selected work by one of the event's featured Maltese composers.
The seven participants displayed a prodigious amount of skill and musicality, with the judges noting the strong starting point for the competition:

The Classic Piano Competition runs from today until September 4th at the Music Hall of the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Dubai.
